What You'll Do:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Uses affiliate network UI (i.e., Impact) and back-end systems to monitor and verify authenticity of affiliate referred sales, apply bonuses, manage special offers, contest details, etc.
  • Monitor the planned versus actual results and channel budgets and work with Associate Director and Sr. Specialist to adjust strategies and tactics in response to both positive and negative variances.
  • Assist in the management of marketing collateral for affiliate partners; work with in-house Creative team to ensure the timeline delivery of creative asset needs to execute programs.
  • Oversee process for creating coupon codes, vanity codes, and cash back incentives and rewards for top performing affiliate partners.
  • Regularly communicates with new and existing affiliates about SSB programs and promotional calendars, ensuring they are informed and able to leverage relevant and timely events, offers, and incentives.
  • Support the Sr. Specialist and Associate Director in negotiating and secure paid placements, collaborations, and exclusives with Affiliate partners.
  • Assist in partnership management including campaign asset and promotional detail delivery, strategy sessions, and regularly scheduled program updates.
  • Manage product seeding and opportunistic efforts with select affiliate partners and influencers while adhering to monthly budget and free product allowance.
  • Track, analyze and report on the affiliate/influencer channel performance and test learnings to the broader marketing team and cross-functional partners.

How You'll Do It:

 

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with reporting in Google Analytics
  • Experience in retail, mattress, bedding, and or home goods category
  • Strong attention to detail and project management
  • Basic understanding of HTML and SEO friendly link building is a plus

What You'll Bring:

 

RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE: 

2-3 years of experience working in digital media space, with experience buying and executing media in referenced platforms as part of an in-house or at an agency.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: 

Bachelor's Degree; relevant industry credentials or certifications.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to where legally required, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
