What You'll Do:

 

  • Ensure consistent application of various ad-ops tools, taxonomy, and tracking standards to enable for consistent data and media performance tracking and go-live Q/A process
  • Help define a full-funnel media KPI framework for measuring and managing media performance
  • Develops, executes, and maintains the media data model & taxonomy across all tools and systems to enable the progressive management of media delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s ad-tech strategy
  • Ensures best practices for campaign tagging, trafficking, and delivery are implemented consistently across media tools
  • Develops, implements, and governs all tracking and tag configuration standards required to effectively manage the performance of media campaigns.
  • Bring deep experience in analyzing & deriving insights from performance data to optimize media investments across campaigns, channels, audiences, and platforms to achieve business goals.
  • Develop hypothesis and design experiments that provide new insights into media performance and business contribution. 

 

How You'll Do It:

 

  • Experience managing the trafficking, tagging, and delivery of digital advertising campaigns across both direct and programmatic channels.
  • Core understanding on digital advertising and associated technological principles – e.g. ad serving, tagging, web analytics (GA/Adobe), attribution, etc., as well as knowledge in Rich Media, VAST, VPAID, CTV/OTT, and campaign set-up and buying on Social Media Platforms (i.e., Facebook ads manager, Twitter ads manager)
  • High level of proficiency of media operation platforms like Google Campaign Manager, Sizmek, AdForm, Integral Ad Science, DSPs, SSPs, data management tools (such as a DMP/CMP/CDP), and the trafficking of Dynamic Creative
  • Familiarity with MS data tools (Excel, Power BI), Google Ads Data Hub, or any programming language (Java, JavaScript, SQL, .Net, Python, web app)
  • Experience developing, managing, and implementing global taxonomy adherence standards
  • Familiarity with tag management systems and website analytics platforms like Google Tag Manager and Adobe Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Market Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi Touch Attribution (MTA) studies

What You'll Bring:

 

  • 7-10 years of experience working in the digital media space
  • 3+ years in an analytics or related operations role at a media agency or digital publisher.
  • Hands-on experience with the tools referenced. 
  • Bachelor's Degree; relevant industry credentials or certifications (e.g., IAB Digital Ad Ops Certification; Campaign Manager Certification, GA/DV360 Certifications, TTD Edge)
