What You'll Do:

The Sr. Hospitality Director will develop and execute strategic plans for assigned National Accounts and Hotel brands to achieve sales growth targets and generate new business leading to account acquisition. 

How You'll Do It:

•Oversee annual volume of approximately $50M. 
•Travel to each territory minimum of twice annually to visit accounts.
•Develop and sustain solid relationships with accounts to drive growth and profitability.  
•Lead a team of independent sales representatives; establish sales goals and monitor progress to achieve sales targets.  
•Address and resolve account concerns, problems, and complaints. 
•Coordinate and attend trade shows. 
•Compile reports on account progress, goals and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders. 
•Leverage analytics to increase brand market share and identify major account opportunities in individual markets. 
•Track contribution margin by sales representative, National Account, and book of business to achieve targets set by division VP. 

What You'll Bring:

•3-5 years National Hospitality account experience. 
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 

•Up to 50% travel.
•Work is primarily sedentary in nature. 
•Frequent overnight travel within respective territory of account responsibility.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to where legally required, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
