How You'll Do It:

• Foster a strong safety culture by implementing safety policies and training in compliance with company standards and OSHA regulations to reduce workplace injuries
• Partner with the Operations Manager and Kaizen Promotion Officer (KPO) to investigate and report incidents involving equipment, machinery, or tools
• Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations for the plant, including equipment, facilities (fire protection/security), and grounds, while managing maintenance and labor costs
• Design, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all mechanical equipment
• Oversee installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and inspection of equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance
• Evaluate and request necessary tools, equipment, and supplies; inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards
• Establish and refine maintenance procedures to support production schedules and operational efficiency
• Provide ongoing maintenance training and performance evaluations for production associates and plant personnel
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and overall plant operations; implement new programs as needed
• Track and manage key maintenance KPIs, including OEE, work order completion rate, PM completion rate, and equipment downtime

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing and maintenance, including leadership of highly technical teams
• 5+ years of experience managing safety and risk programs
• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred)
• Electrical certification is a plus

• Exposure to typical hazards found in a manufacturing environment
• Occasional lifting of heavy or bulky materials
• Primarily sedentary work with frequent walking throughout the manufacturing plant and warehouse/distribution areas
• Up to 10% travel required

Compensation:

 The salary range for this position is $86,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
