What You'll Do:
- Manage outcomes of designated business segment to deliver overall business results including P&L targets (growth and profit), market share growth, and brand health measures.
- Analyze data to uncover insights and make recommendations related to promotions, products, pricing, and other key initiatives that will drive business results.
- Develop, lead, and execute strategic marketing plans to deliver against annual brand targets. Monitor progress and provides proactive recommendations to change and adapt, when necessary.
- Lead in the execution of product and marketing plans for assigned products/brands, including new product development, derivative projects, pricing strategies, go-to-market plans, and sales plans.
- Lead key aspects of projects, including formal presentation updates for key leadership meetings and participate in customer meetings.
- Assist in the development of go-to-market strategy for key channels, including partnering with sales and customer marketing teams to drive brand success with priority customers.
- Assist in the integrated marketing plan development, and partner with internal and external creative teams to develop launch materials, including cohesive brand communications, which drive consumer choice in in-store POP, etc.

What You'll Bring:
- Brand Marketing Experience - Experience supporting products in retail market and building brands through consumer-driven innovation and marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -- Able to skillfully navigate organizational matrix to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Superb verbal and written skills.
- Strong organization and project management skills - Adept at handling tight deadlines, time pressure, and multiple demands. Highly organized and able to establish priorities to drive impact.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in brand marketing, product development, category management or similar roles.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
- Omnichannel background, with direct e-commerce experience.
- Proficient in MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
