Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This role is responsible for increasing sales productivity across the sales organization through the development and dissemination of selling processes and tools. This role will be instrumental in maximizing the use of Salesforce.

Functional/Technical Competencies

  • Build and maintain strong relationships and collaborate with key members of the Commercial teams (Sales & Marketing)
  • Lead and support sales initiatives as required to include strategy, planning, and execution to solve complex challenges
  • Be accountable for the creation, development, adoption, and ongoing success of programs that build process, solution knowledge and expert selling skills that resonate with our sales teams.
  • Leverage data analysis and build reports relating to sales effectiveness.
  • Design and deliver business intelligence solutions, including analytics.
  • Lead the development, adoption, and maintenance of programs, content, and tools
  • Support ongoing standardization for sales managers on: Deployment/territory plans, QBRs, Forecasting best practices, and team metrics/reporting.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and other departments and key stakeholders as strategic partners to identify and solve challenges across the sales organization.
  • Spend time in the field with sales teams to understand the “field reality” and build sales enablement deliverables to meet their needs.


  • High level of comfort working on initiatives that are less defined and do not have established processes or parameters
  • Knowledge of Salesforce technology and industry best practices to enable key sales capabilities.
  • Strong self-starter who takes initiative and can identify new opportunities and have the drive and ability to bring them to life
  • Experience with
  • Working knowledge of PowerBI.
  • Analytic mindset and experience working with complex datasets
  • Strong influence skills
  • Passionate about customer advocacy and a customer first mindset
  • Strong project management skills, capable of developing and executing plans
