Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for employment. Attend job fairs nationwide.
  • Create extensive networks to develop a qualified pool of candidates.
  • Partner with local and state agencies to strengthen affirmative action outreach. Assist with documentation for Affirmative Action plans including applicant tracking.
  • Conceptualize and develop programs, processes, and strategies for talent acquisition.
  • Develop and extend offers of employment to successful candidates within compensation guidelines.
  • Remain updated in industry trends, today’s workforce, and talent acquisition techniques.
  • Communicate talent acquisition and relocation policies and procedures to associates and candidates for employment.
  • Coach Human Resources Managers in the field on talent acquisition strategies and occasionally assist them with hard to fill positions.
  • Develop and manage recruitment metrics for upper level management on an ongoing basis.
  • Schedule panel interviews and arrange candidate travel and lodging when necessary.
  • Approve temporary agency contracts for all locations of the company including analyzing temp-to-perm strategies, temp usage, etc.

Experience/Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of job-related experience
  • College recruiting and job fair experience
