What You'll Be Doing
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting the SSB Hospitality Sales team, including performing tasks related to customer and order management (e.g.Billing, Reporting, Credit, Shipments, Warranty, Communications)
- Supports and assists Sales Support Coordinators in their roles on various tasks (e.g.provides guidance on order audits and action steps)
- Interacts with plant operations to support order flow.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure orders, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Supports process of Licensee transactions, managing the order lifecycle to completion.
- Communicates critical terms and conditions of sales orders and any other special issues related to accounts or transactions to all stakeholders
- Supports month and quarter end processes including commission calculations and rebate reports
- Codes invoices in OnBase
- Maintains current knowledge of SSB Hospitality products, services, and marketing techniques, ordering procedures and pricing schedules.
- Performs related and ad-hoc duties as assigned by leadership
What You'll Bring

2+ years of customer service or account management experience (sales preferred)

Experience with Invoice Management Systems

Associate’s degree is a plus, but not required

Excellent customer service and account management skills with strong attention to detail

Proficient in identifying problems and resolving conflicts effectively

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot table experience required)

Highly analytical with a strong attention to accuracy and detail

Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking, and thinking outside the box

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
