Position Overview
In this Site Operations Specialist role you will focus primarily on driving the execution of all Our Promise Growth dealer site initiatives by translating business goals into actionable project plans and ensuring flawless implementation across teams. This role coordinates cross-functional efforts spanning Marketing, eCommerce, Creative, Sales, IT, and Engineering to deliver timely, high-quality website content and functionality.
The Site Operations Specialist will own the content roadmap, manage quarterly refreshes and site updates, oversee staging and publishing processes, and ensure brand consistency across all pages and assets. You will also monitor site performance, report KPIs to leadership, and lead QA efforts to maintain a best-in-class dealer website experience.
In addition, this role supports continuous improvement of website operations, enhances collaboration between teams, and ensures that product and promotional content is delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
This position is based in Atlanta, GA, and strong preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the Atlanta area. Relocation assistance is not available.
This is a Hybrid position where you'll have the ability to work from home Monday and Friday, with in office days on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What You'll Do:
- Translate business goals and requirements into clear, actionable project plans for all Our Promise Growth Dealer Website initiatives. Create and communicate detailed site implementation schedules with stakeholders.
- Coordinate activities across business partners—including Omni Retail Marketing, Brand Marketing, eComm, Creative, Sales, IT, and Engineering—ensuring timelines and deliverables remain on track.
- Own the Content Roadmap, partnering with content owners to deliver timely updates. Manage quarterly refreshes, go-live dates, and retirements of outdated content.
- Build and maintain staging environments, load site content, and leverage platform tools to update/publish assets for sales windows, promotions, and product launches.
- Apply brand templates to ensure consistent site look and feel. Submit creative requests as needed for new assets.
- Develop and execute testing plans to optimize site performance and asset usage.
- Track site performance through analytics dashboards and monthly KPI reporting. Share insights with Marketing leadership to guide content and investment decisions.
- Lead QA reviews, provide final sign-off on site content, and manage required revisions. Partner with IT to resolve break/fix issues via standard ticketing.
- Collaborate with the Creative Team and DAM Librarian to ensure digital asset updates and collections remain accurate and current.
- Identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and scalability in website operations.
- Keep cross-functional teams informed of site status, capture feedback, and ensure timely resolution of action items.
- Support business partners with production of product content (copy, imagery, legal assets, and dealer materials).
What You'll Bring:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of experience working in a CMS, with strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn new platforms. Adobe platform experience a plus.
- Familiarity with content management tools and asset workflows.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint with strong formatting and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to learn quickly, solve problems proactively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with the ability to connect tactical execution to strategic goals.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple projects to completion.
- Balance of creative thinking and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with enthusiasm for tackling new challenges.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
