Position Overview:
As the Site Operations Specialist (Direct-to-Consumer), you'll play a key role in managing the daily operations, performance, and optimization of the company’s eCommerce platforms. In this role we'll need you to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience across all digital touchpoints by overseeing site functionality, coordinating product launches, troubleshooting operational issues, and maintaining content accuracy.
This position is based in Atlanta, GA, and strong preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the Atlanta area. Relocation assistance is not available.
This is a Hybrid role with the opportunity to work from home Monday and Friday, with in office days Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
What You'll Do:
- Understand business goals and requirements for all DTC eCommerce projects. Create detailed site implementation schedules for each project and validate/communicate out with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate project activities from various business partners including Marketing, Creative, Engineering, QA, and Merchandising.
- Create staging environments, load site content, and leverage site tools to update and push content to website for campaigns and new product launches.
- Submit creative requests for site assets.
- Partner with Brand Design and UX teams on creative testing plan to optimize performance of site assets.
- Ensure project is launched on time and meets initial project requirements. Keep management notified of progress and/or deviation from project schedule (deliverables, milestone dates, resources, etc.).
- Leads the QA review and final sign-off of site content for campaigns and product launches; documents feedback and manages any required changes.
- Identifies opportunities for efficiencies in the processes as they relate to website production and proactively suggest and/or develop process and tool improvements (i.e., custom spreadsheets, internal tools, playbook development, recommendations to modify the CMS etc).
- Assists in leading key meetings owned by DTC Operations. Records feedback, action items and communicates out to business stakeholders for follow-up and completion.
- Assists business partners to manage production of product content: copy, images, legal and campaign materials.
What You'll Bring:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- REQUIRED: 1-2 years experience in Adobe Experience Manager with a high aptitude for learning new technologies
- Track record as a fast learner and solution-oriented problem solver.
- Meticulous sense of detail with ability to see the bigger picture and a strong sense of ownership.
- Able to work cross-functionally, and manage multiple projects to completion.
- Able to think both creatively and critically, and balance data insights with creative best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of internal content management tools. Experience with Salsify & Shopify a plus.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to take on new challenges and risks.
- Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced, self-starter environment.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
