Title:  Treasury Manager (Remote)

What You'll Do:

We're looking for an engaging Treasury Manager to join our growing team!

* This position will be full-time remote; with occasional travel to the Doraville, GA office as needed onsite.*

*The preferred candidate will live within the Atlanta area or  within the East Coast *

How You'll Do It:

Cash Management

• Oversee cash flow forecasts to accurately predict the timing of cash requirements over appropriate time horizons.
• Provide financial analyses, modeling, and recommendations for debt/capital structure, investments, etc.
• Oversee the day-to-day cash monitoring, processing, and borrowing to ensure adequate liquidity to meet cash disbursement requirements
• Initiate Electronic Fund Transfers (ACH, Wire) for payments, and execute funds transfers to support liquidity needs at various legal entities.
• Evaluate trends of bank transactions and activities
• Oversee the bank account administration and cash management activities
• Act as main liaison on behalf of the Treasury Department to Accounting, AP, AR and other department regarding cash management/banking needs

Debt Management

• Responsible for a variety of activities in the debt portfolio management area including coordinating the use of credit facilities, debt drawdowns and repayments, the issuance of letters of credit and surety bonds, oversee debt servicing activities and interest forecasting.
• Prepare monthly borrowing base certificates and other reports submitted to lenders for funding of working capital and support credit agreement/debt compliance requirements
• As needed, assist in the development and implementation of interest rate and currency hedging strategies/transactions to mitigate interest rate risk and foreign currency exposures,
• Support debt refinancing efforts as needed

How You'll Do It Cont.d:

Bank and Merchant Services Relationship Management

• Manage relationships and expectations with financial institution and merchant services providers and coordinate relationship reviews
• Manage and ensure compliance with regulations, and other rules governing cash transactions and banking. [e.g., Know Your Customer, FBAR, FATCA, anti-money laundering)
• Liaise with banks and merchant services providers on queries and to address any account issues
• Coordinate meetings between personnel in AP, AR and IT with subject matter experts from our Treasury bank and merchant services processors to present information on new products and best practices for Treasury, receivables and payment processing.
• Serve as Administrator over bank accounts and merchant services credit card processing portal and reporting applications
• Point of contact for the IT PCI Compliance team and assist that team as needed with PCI-DSS compliance reporting, remediation issues and other data security issues.
• Optimize bank account structures to minimize fees and ensure operational efficiency

   

Other Responsibilities:

• Lead Treasury compliance reporting, and Treasury SOX compliance activities, and develop and maintain treasury procedures for cash management and payments to ensure compliance with internal control framework
• Compile and analyze treasury information to meet monthly, quarterly, and fiscal year end external auditor requirements
• Direct, recommend, and implement the appropriate Treasury / Payments / Policies and Procedures that streamline, automate, and simplify or improve existing processes

What You'll Bring:

• At least 10 years relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• MBA is also highly desirable
