Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Assist in the repair and maintenance of production equipment, including mechanical,
    electrical, and pneumatic systems, under the guidance of a more experienced team
    members.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating machinery, cleaning equipment,
    and replacing minor parts as directed.
  • Use basic troubleshooting skills and diagnostic tools to identify and address simple
    mechanical issues, escalating more complex problems to senior mechanics.
  • Follow all safety protocols and operating procedures to ensure a safe working
    environment. Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and assist in preparing reports to
    track equipment condition and repairs performed.
  • Continuously develop technical skills through on-the-job training and formal training
    programs. Seek guidance from senior mechanics to enhance knowledge and
    performance.

Compensation:

 

  • $26/HR - $30/HR
  • 2nd shift opportunity 5pm start time
  • Required overtime 

What You'll Bring:

  • 2 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role.
  • Experience with basic hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
    Technical certifications or training in mechanical, electrical, or related fields is a
    plus.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn more advanced systems
    and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Basic understanding of computers and iPad software programs
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to where legally required, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
