Serta Simmons Bedding is seeking a Production Supervisor in Hazleton, PA to help drive safe, high-quality manufacturing while developing and supporting a strong production team.

How You'll Do It:

Lead cell/department operations to ensure safe, on-time, high-quality production within budget.
Identify and resolve daily production issues to meet schedules and prevent reoccurrence.
Serve as a liaison between associates and management; support teams through change.
Lead daily cell meetings and monitor production hourly, removing bottlenecks as needed.
Ensure adherence to standardized work and Leader Standard Work; conduct audits for safety, quality, and scrap.
Oversee material flow and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop associates, build bench strength, and support skill expansion.
Review schedules, estimate labor hours, delegate work, and recommend improvements to production, quality, and safety.

What You'll Bring:

3-5 years related experience in a Lean manufacturing environment in a supervisory role.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 

Strong written and oral communication and conflict resolution skills. 

Strong interpersonal skills; able to inspire and motivate associates. 

Root cause analysis, problem identification, and resolution skills. 

Possess or able to learn Lean manufacturing techniques.

Up to 10% travel
