How You'll Do It:
- Support and execute a growth-focused DTC supply chain strategy. Execute a scalable solution that will cover the entire retailer portfolio while leveraging technology to stay efficient and productive
- Manage and optimize the SSB DTC processes, in collaboration with retail partners, carriers, factories, 3PL partners, IT, logistics, warehousing and other business partners
- Establish and manage performance measurements and reports for use across the corporation to ensure optimal performance and create visibility for senior stakeholders in the organization
- Support DTC, returns & network replenishment execution & analytics including partnership with Replenishment Analyst to support planning and execution at 3PLs, plants and suppliers.
- Develop tactical implementation strategy for cross-functional initiatives and execute to deliver on best-in-class supply chain solutions for the region.
- Pivot as needed to address implement mitigation plan, respond to unanticipated challenges, and address complexity in the business model
- Develop and execute SLA’s
- Ensure that project goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
- Ensure strong inventory background to perform weekly cycle counts for accurate inventory
What You'll Bring:
- 8–10 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
- Project management experience with a focus on execution
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results
- Experience with supply chain, logistics, and e-commerce (drop-ship, LTL, small parcel)
- Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems
- Knowledge of JIT manufacturing and Lean/Six Sigma
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred

Your Work Enviroment:
- Up to 20% travel
- Work is a mix of sedentary and on operations floors/ warehouses
- Regular exposure to production and warehouse environments
- Will need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred or equivalent experience)
