As Serta Simmons Beddings embarks on a Digital Transformation journey, we're seeking a strong Amazon Marketing Coordinator to join our eCommerce team.

 

The Amazon Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing the various day to day activities required in maintaining and improving our “best in class” digital partnership with Amazon. They will be the key cross-functional liaison between Sales, Marketing, Advertising and Brand Management partners to ensure all account-level digital requirements are accomplished on time, with every item set up to win.

 

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Marketing Coordinator to support our growing Amazon business. In this role, you’ll help execute marketing initiatives across Amazon Vendor Central, manage content optimization, assist with advertising campaigns, and provide key reporting and insights to drive sales performance.

What You’ll Do:

 

At an account level, own end-to-end facilitation from product life cycle to on-site execution, coordinating with the cross-functional teams to deliver retailer specific requirements; You will pro-actively drive digital strategy with Amazon, provide analysis, identify opportunities and drive action.

  • Serve as liaison between sales, creative, and brand teams for digital marketing content collateral needed to support business needs, which will drive flawless customer-facing content and serve as customer voice to drive content improvements and special requests
  • Establish clear timelines to ensure all new products and/or refreshes are set up “best in class” on time
  • Maintain all content uploads into product information system
  • Work on brand store updates and initiatives
  • Own and drive ratings and review syndication and work with team to increase content collection for assigned account base, including monitoring review feedback for escalation when appropriate
  • Partner with sales team to understand account level strategies and identify and drive CX opportunities
  • Assist in optimizing product listings (titles, bullets, images, A+ content, videos, keywords)
  • Coordinate new product launches and variation updates
  • Monitor and correct listing suppressions, content errors, and detail page inconsistencies
  • Work with creative teams to ensure brand alignment across PDPs and brand store
  • Run and analyze reporting and make suggestions based on findings, including measuring change impact and authoring customer site audits
  • Work with internal team to continue to drive process improvements and increase efficiencies
  • Ensure deal content is properly badged and supported with media


How You’ll Do It:

 

  • Have a clear understanding of the technical nature around item setup (attributes, taxonomy, image needs, asset specs, etc.), how data feeds work and connect to PIMs and other SaaS platforms
  • Be consumer obsessed and focused on delivering a best-in-class digital experience
  • Be highly organized and able to efficiently manage multiple projects with great attention to detail
  • Be a clear communicator and pro-active problem solver
  • Have a mindset that is focused on continuous improvement and able to think outside of the existing limitations
  • Be a flexible team-player who can also work independently
  • Have the ability to interpret large data sets and perform ad hoc analysis

 

What You’ll Bring:

 

  • 3+ years’ experience in eCommerce, site merchandising, item setup, project management, category management, or digital marketing
  • BA/BS degree, advanced degree preferred
  • Experience with Salsify, Helium 10, Pacvue, or Amazon Ads Console a plus
  • Understanding of Amazon item setup & vendor central processes
  • Understanding of Amazon SEO, A+ content, Brand Stores, and ad types (SP, SB, SD)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analytics
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to work crossfunctionally with creative, sales, and operations team

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
