What You'll Do:
At Serta Simmons Bedding, we believe our people are the foundation of our success—and we’re looking for a passionate, solutions-driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our team at the Monroe, GA plant.
In this critical role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership and employees, helping to drive a positive work culture, support talent initiatives, and ensure HR strategies align with operational goals.

What You'll Bring:

5+ years related experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Business or related field; MBA a plus
-
PHR Preferred
-
Ability to build credibility with all levels of the organization

Detail oriented
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Experience with LEAN processes and tools

Experience with SAP, Success Factors systems and Microsoft Office applications

Demonstrated success in a fast paced organization experiencing transformation

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $96,474 - $132,557 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to where legally required, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
