What You'll Do:

 

  • Safely load and unload trailers using a forklift and other material handling equipment.
  • Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and accurately enter receipt information into company systems.
  • Organize, store, and replenish raw materials to support production and operational needs.
  • Perform daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Support housekeeping standards throughout the department and leave equipment and work areas clean at the end of each shift.
  • Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy, quality, and safety in all tasks.

What You'll Bring:

 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to accurately sort, track, and manage materials.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Previous forklift experience or the ability to safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment.Basic ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices.
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.Previous experience working with pneumatic tools and/or in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Candidates must be able to read, understand, and follow work instructions, loading schedules, and production documents. Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to follow verbal instructions, interact professionally with coworkers and leadership, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to where legally required, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
