What You'll Do:

Role model and help to lead an elevated experience in your shop that fosters a more personalized, clientele relationship with the perfect blend of style, expertise, & sleep solutions.
Support execution of action plans to meet sales, KPI, payroll, shop expense, and profitability goals.
Support local market outreach initiatives to drive new client traffic into your shop.
Assist in the training and development of the team to ensure efficient & consistent shop operations while minimizing loss and maintaining a safe workplace.
Ensure compliance and adherence to T&N policies & procedures and all company directives.

What You'll Bring:

Ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a customer facing retail or related industry environment.
Ideal candidate will have 1+ years experience retail or service industry leadership experience.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to where legally required, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
