Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Maintains direct relationships with key decision makers in accounts.

Interacts with Omni Retail Solutions team to coordinate specific account training needs.

Develops strategic account plans (e.g., market and competitive analysis, pricing, merchandising strategies and execution, and advertising strategies and execution).

Expands market share by adding accounts in approved channels.

Coordinates deliveries and returns with warehouses in a timely fashion.

Ensures fair and equitable placement and reimbursement of retail advertising.

Ensures proper and fair merchandising and pricing of products.

Maintains an ongoing advertising calendar for each retail account.

Understands the competitors' local strategy and deploy strategies to counteract.

Conducts business and product reviews with the customer.

Ensures products and marketing message is positively and fairly represented in terms of total floor space, point of sale, condition of the floor samples and location.

Accurately forecasts account specific demands and promotions to products and point-of-sale materials.

Increases market share within accounts through advanced selling, consuming floor space, superior service, and retail sales training.

Develops, monitors, and communicates progress with local and national management through monthly and quarterly business reviews

Develops and maintains positive relationships with Retails Sales floor and management.

Functional/Technical Competencies

Excellent customer service and attention

Ability to effectively communicate marketing messages

Proficient with problem identification and conflict resolution

Proficient in the application of team building skills and able to function within a team environment

Proficient in MS Office Suite and the Internet


3-5 years related experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Job Factors/Work Environments

Up to 50% travel

Work is primarily sedentary in nature

Frequent overnight travel and holiday and weekend hours
