What You'll Do:

What You'll Bring:
- High school graduate or equivalent (minimum of some college-level classes preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant training in one or more of the maintenance trades to perform class of work ordinarily required of a journeyman in these trades, with prior lead/supervisory and/or in bedding industry experiences preferred
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic tools
- Familiarity with safety programs and OSHA and environmental issues in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient with MS Office

The hiring salary range for this position applies to where legally required, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
