What You'll Do:
We’re looking for a highly organized and adaptable Administrative Coordinator to provide essential support to our leadership team and plant associates. This role is a key connector across multiple departments, helping to solve problems, streamline processes, and keep daily operations running smoothly. If you’re a proactive problem-solver who enjoys variety in your work, this position is for you.
- Partner across Operations, HR, and Finance to provide administrative and analytical support.
- Compile reports and track operational performance for leadership review.
- Review and process AP invoices daily, ensuring accuracy and proper general ledger coding.
- Manage Bill of Ladings (BOLs) post-shipment to ensure timely billing and documentation.
- Provide audit support by preparing documentation and conducting research as needed.
- Validate customer returns for accuracy in product quantities and SKUs.
- Oversee office management, including supply purchasing, filing, and guest accommodations.
- Coordinate meetings and events (plant activities, meals, team gatherings, etc.).
- Serve as a liaison with IT to troubleshoot and resolve desktop support issues.
- Maintain the Access Control System, including issuing and deactivating badges.
- Support the Customer Service team with billing or invoicing discrepancies.
- Provide occasional back-up support for HR, including new hire onboarding and employee inquiries.
What You'll Bring:

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

3–5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.

High School Diploma or GED - Required

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish - Required

Proven ability to balance multiple priorities, manage projects, and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a team-first mindset.
